GP attracts you with high trade in value, and adjusts the value a lot thereafter when inspection. bait and switch. I traded in three almost new phones either from Metro or Total wireless. Their excuses either bad... ESN(not unlocked) or scratches. Even you selected other carrier, they insist it is bad ESN, totally BS. And they offer you a little more than reduced price if you do not request return. DO NOT RECOMMEND this business.
