Packed the box well with just some crumpled printer paper "balls".Dropped off my box with the phone at my local UPS Store. They printed a drop-off confirmation receipt. And I was good to go!I live in Chicago, and the package goes UPS Ground (that's what I use these days myself), so it took maybe 4 days or so. But as with any UPS package, you can track via Web or the UPS app. Web is easier, and ice got their app.Gadget Pickup sent an email when they received it, so I knew a Gadget Pickup person actually had my phone. The email said that they'd inspect/review my phone and get back to me within 1-3 business days. I definitely recommend GadgetPickup. They gave me money for an iPhone that Gazelle totally rejected. It wasn't that bad and thankfully, GadgetPickup saw that and paid me what they offered in the initial quote. I... had forgotten to remove the iPhone from my Apple account. Their customer service contacted me about that and I removed it so they could proceed. I don't think the other companies would have even bothered to do that and would have just rejected it and sent it back.
