Got paid quickly after they received the device, easy (and free) shipping process with the UPS site. I appreciate that they also include return shipping if you decline their offer. This is also the first company I have sold a device so that didn’t try to ding me for “surprise problems” - I gave an honest assessment of the phone condition and I received exactly what I was quoted at. Very happy with what I received despite some damage to the phone.
