Don’t send your device they are a SCAM they have you send in your device offering a high payout then when you receive it they claim it is damaged and offer you less than half of the amount they originally offered!!!!!!

It's rare to have something like this go this smoothly. I'd definitely use Gadget Pickup again and have already told a couple of friends about them.

Same bait-and-switch nonsense as other negative reviews. Five month old phone, was offered $236. Actual offer was for half that amount $116 because of excess wear in my charging port. Ended up accepting $200 from them after a few emails. I hate the used car lot tactics, and next time I'll sell to a random stranger on Facebook marketplace before coming back here.
