So, sending my 3 phones into Gadget Pickup was a learning experience to say the least, but the biggest takeaway I received and I want all future customers to know, is that this company absolutely cares about... customer service. Long story short, there was a mishandling of my package which contained roughly $770 worth of cell phones. Understand that packages are only insured up to $100. Now to be honest, Gadget Pickup was not at fault for the non-delivery issue, rather so it was USPS. With that being said, Gadget Pickup's customer service was unbelievably responsive to my emails in a very timely fashion and over the top compassionate with my situation. After speaking with them, we came to a resolution that both sides considered fair. They didn't have to do that, and I full well know that, but with that, they have received a lifelong customer. I only docked one star because of the lack of insurance associated with the pre-paid label. Hopefully Gadget Pickup can figure out a way (even if that means the customer needs to supplement the insurance) to rectify that in the future so it covers both them and their customers. In the end, kuddos to the customer service team for making this unfortunate situation better and I have no issues using their services in the future and would highly recommend this company.
