    • Absolutely NO hardware issues. All parts are 100% original.
    • Display is free of defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
    • Shows no signs of liquid intrusion or damage.
    • Battery health must show above 95% and without a "service battery" message.
  • Good
    Shows light to moderate signs of wear. Contains few light scratches and/or dents.
    For a device to be in this condition. The following must also be true.
    • Normal signs of use. No major scratches or dents.
    • Absolutely NO hardware issues. All parts are 100% original.
    • Device is free of any cracks or chips.
    • Display is free of defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
    • Shows no signs of liquid intrusion or damage.
    • Battery health must show above 85% and without a "service battery" message.
  • Fair
    Shows moderate to excessive signs of wear. Contains excessive scratching, major dents, and/or mild housing damage.
    For a device to be in this condition. The following must also be true.
    • Absolutely NO hardware issues.
    • Device is free of any cracks or chips.
    • Display may contain minor defects.
    • Shows no signs of liquid intrusion or damage.
    • Battery health must show above 80% and without a "service battery" message.
