Tips to assess the condition of your device
  • Brand New
    Device still in factory original packaging. Must come with the box and all accessories sealed/untouched.
    For a device to be in this condition. The following must also be true.
    • Plastic film still on the device and has not been reapplied.
    • Must come with the original box with matching serial number.
    • Contains original accessories sealed and untouched.
  • Flawless
    Has absolutely no scratches, scuffs or other marks. Looks brand new.
    For a device to be in this condition. The following must also be true.
    • Zero scratches, scuffs or other marks. Looks like new.
    • Display is free of defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
    • Shows no signs of liquid intrusion or damage.
    • Battery health must show above 95%.
  • Good
    Shows light to moderate signs of wear. Contains few light scratches and/or dents.
    For a device to be in this condition. The following must also be true.
    • Normal signs of use. No major scratches or dents.
    • Glass is free of any cracks or chips.
    • Display is free of defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
    • Shows no signs of liquid intrusion or damage.
    • Battery health must show above 85%.
  • Fair
    Shows moderate to excessive signs of wear. Contains excessive scratching, major dents, and/or mild housing damage.
    For a device to be in this condition. The following must also be true.
    • Absolutely NO hardware issues.
    • Glass is free of any cracks or chips.
    • Display may contain minor defects.
    • Shows no signs of liquid intrusion or damage.
    • Battery health must show above 80%

Tips to assess the condition of your device

Before assessing the condition of your device, we highly recommend the following:

  1. Remove the device from its cover and remove any screen protectors from the screen. We’ve had many instances where the cover and screen protector have left behind permanent marks on devices.
  2. Use a flashlight or put the device under bright light to check for scratches on the screen.
  3. Visually inspect device for any bends in the frame or any screen separation as this is a commonly overlooked issue .
