A bad ESN/IMEI can be a result of many factors, including but not limited to, a phone currently being active on an account, reported Lost or Stolen, or an unpaid balance due on the account.
We do NOT purchase phones that have been reported lost, stolen, blocked, blacklisted or Activation / iCloud locked.
You can check the ESN/IMEI Status of your phone by visiting CheckESNFree.com.
If your phone/tablet has a bad ESN/IMEI or is currently under a Finance Plan with T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, or Other, please be advised that there will be an additional 40% deduction of the normal price.
