    • Battery health must show above 85% and without a "service battery" message.

    Shows moderate to excessive signs of wear. Contains excessive scratching, major dents, and/or mild housing damage.
    For a device to be in this condition. The following must also be true.
    • Absolutely NO hardware issues.
    • Device is free of any cracks or chips.
    • Display may contain minor defects.
    • Shows no signs of liquid intrusion or damage.
    • Battery health must show above 80% and without a "service battery" message.
  • Broken
    Device has issue such as a cracked screen, cracked camera, bad button, water damage, etc.
    Your device is in this condition if ONE OR MORE of the following are true.
    • Cracked display or damaged housing.
    • Display defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
    • Faulty headphone jack or vibrate motor.
    • Battery is faulty or has less than 80% of original capacity.
    • Faulty microphone/speaker.
    • Malfunctioned buttons/switches.
    • Has other functional defect (making calls, charging, fingerprint sensor, etc).
