Does your phone have a bad ESN/IMEI?

A bad ESN/IMEI can be a result of many factors, including but not limited to, a phone currently being active on an account, reported Lost or Stolen, or an unpaid balance due on the account.

If your phone/tablet has a bad ESN/IMEI or is currently under a Finance Plan with T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, or Other, please be advised that there will be an additional deduction up to 40% of the stated price. (for iPhone 14-15/Galaxy S23 series up to 50%)
